A 911 supervisor on suspension for an incident we first reported on Monday is now under arrest for pointing a gun at a TV reporter.

Shauna Justice was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated assault.

Volusia County deputies said the reporter went to Justice's door and knocked on it, and Justice answered with a gun and yelled for the reporter to get off her property. The reporter backed off, but Justice continued to walk out the door, pointing the gun. Deputies said Justice did not put the gun down until the reporter was back at the news van.

Deputies said Justice admitted to the incident, and said she felt harassed to the point of feeling threatened.

Justice was suspended without pay after a trainee under her charge gave wrong information to first responders trying to find a man who had collapsed. A report said Justice was on her cell phone at the time of the incident.
