Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man they said robbed a local restaurant.

The robbery occurred on June 9 at the Pizza Hut off State Road 434.

Police now have better description of the suspect after sifting through surveillance video.

Cops said a white male around 6 feet tall smashed the front doors of the business with a crow bar.

They said he was wearing tan cargo shorts, a light blue shirt and a black baseball cap, but not any shoes.

Once inside the restaurant, officers said the suspect jumped in the counter and threw the cash register to the floor.

The suspect was also seen stealing two cases of mozzarella cheese from a refrigerator before running off.
