Celebrities and movie stars are continuing to arrive for the International Indian Film Academy Awards in Tampa.

It's a festive atmosphere on the 9th floor parking garage at Tampa International Airport which has been turned into a welcoming area.

"This is the first time anything like this has come to Tampa so I'm really excited to be a part of it, " said Lubna Ali who drove to Tampa from Miami to attend the event.

Fans are eager to see their favorite Bollywood stars.

"I'm sitting here anxiously waiting and I just keep thinking "When will they come?", said Ashley Nicole.

The Bollywood actors and actresses didn't disappoint.

They stopped on the green carpet to sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans.

"We have traveled a long distance but we feel we're at home with all these people around and we're very excited to be here," said Aftab Shivadasani.

While most of the celebrities are of Bollywood fame, there are a few Hollywood celebrities expected, too.

Actor Stephen Baldwin greeted the crowd on Wednesday.

He said he's a big fan of Bollywood movies.

"They're fun. They're fun," Baldwin said. "I think that Bollywood films allow the world to have a door to see into the culture which a wonderful form of communication."

Some fans said the whole experience is a dream come true.

"Actually truly speaking, I wished for this. I wished for it about a year ago and I even wrote it on Facebook that I wanted all the stars to come to Tampa and Florida and I wished I could see them all and that everyone in Florida could see them and my wish came true!", said Pritizo Balin.
